Business Information Certification

I certify that all information provided in this application is true, accurate, and complete. I understand that any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in the rejection of my application or removal from participation.*

Acceptance and Participation

I understand that submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. Oshi's Artscape reserves the sole and absolute right to approve, reject, waitlist, or remove any vendor application at its discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.*

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

I agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, tax obligations, and health and safety requirements. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required permits, licenses, certifications, or sales tax registrations necessary to conduct business.*

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

I understand that participation in exhibitions, displays, events, transportation, installation, storage, handling, and deinstallation of artwork involves inherent risks, including but not limited to loss, theft, damage, deterioration, accidental breakage, personal injury, or other unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume all such risks and release, waive, and hold harmless Oshi's Artscape and it affiliates.*

Insurance Responsibility

I acknowledge that Oshi's Artscape and affiliates does not provide insurance coverage for submitted artwork, inventory, displays, equipment, or personal property. I understand that I am solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any insurance coverage I deem necessary to protect my property and interests.*

Product Authenticity and Intellectual Property

I represent and warrant that all products, artwork, merchandise, and materials displayed or sold are lawfully owned, produced, or distributed by me and do not infringe upon the intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other rights of any third party.*

Photography and Promotional Use Authorization

I grant Oshi's Artscape permission to photograph, film, record, reproduce, and use images of my products, booth, displays, business name, logo, and promotional materials for marketing, advertising, social media, website, public relations, educational, and archival purposes without compensation or further approval.*

Vendor Conduct and Display Requirements

I agree to maintain a professional, respectful, and safe environment for visitors, customers, staff, and fellow vendors. I understand that Oshi's Artscape may establish rules regarding booth setup, displays, signage, operating hours, product categories, and conduct, and I agree to comply with all such requirements.*

Setup, Breakdown, and Property Removal

I agree to adhere to all designated setup and breakdown schedules. I understand that I am responsible for removing all inventory, displays, equipment, and personal property at the conclusion of my participation. Oshi's Artscape is not responsible for items left behind and reserves the right to charge storage fees or dispose of abandoned property.*

Agreement to Terms

By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and requirements established by Oshi's Artscape.*
