MONTHLY TUITION: The first month’s tuition will be prorated based on the student’s enrollment start date. Thereafter, monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Monthly tuition payments are non-refundable.
AUTOPAY: By selecting AutoPay, I authorize Oshi’s ArtScape, LLC to automatically charge the payment method provided for monthly tuition. AutoPay will continue while the student remains enrolled unless AutoPay is discontinued or enrollment is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation/withdrawal policy.
LATE PAYMENT: A $30 late fee may apply if monthly tuition has not been received by the 10th of the month.
CANCELLATION / WITHDRAWAL: Enrollment continues on a month-to-month basis until cancelled. To discontinue classes, written notice must be provided to Oshi’s ArtScape at least 7 days before the next monthly billing date. If notice is received less than 7 days before the next billing date, the upcoming month’s tuition may still be charged. Tuition already paid is non-refundable.
MISSED CLASSES: Monthly tuition reserves the student’s place in their scheduled class. Missed classes do not reduce or prorate monthly tuition. Make-up classes, when available, are subject to scheduling and studio availability and are not guaranteed.
STUDIO SAFETY & CONDUCT: Students agree to follow studio rules, safety guidelines, and reasonable instructions provided by Oshi’s ArtScape instructors and staff. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that minor students are picked up promptly at the end of their scheduled class.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER: I understand that participation in art classes and studio activities may involve the use of paints, adhesives, art materials, tools, equipment, furniture, fixtures, and other materials or activities that may carry inherent risks. I knowingly and voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with participation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless Oshi’s ArtScape, LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, agents and affiliates, as well as the owners, landlords and property managers of the premises where Oshi’s ArtScape operates, from claims arising from participation in studio activities, except to the extent resulting from conduct for which liability cannot legally be waived.
For a participant under 18 years of age, I provide this acknowledgement, assumption of risk, and authorization as the participant’s parent or legal guardian.
PERSONAL PROPERTY: Participants are responsible for personal belongings and devices brought to the studio. Oshi’s ArtScape, LLC, its employees and instructors, and the owners, landlords and property managers of the premises are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property except to the extent otherwise required by law.
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Oshi’s ArtScape, LLC staff to contact emergency medical services and, when reasonably necessary, arrange emergency transportation for me or my child.
For a minor participant, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the parent or legal guardian as soon as practicable. I understand that Oshi’s ArtScape does not provide medical care and that medical and transportation expenses are the responsibility of the participant or parent/legal guardian, subject to applicable insurance and law.
PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE: I grant Oshi’s ArtScape, LLC permission to photograph and/or record me or my child while participating in classes and studio activities. I authorize Oshi’s ArtScape, LLC to use these photographs and recordings for its website, social media, advertising, promotional materials, and other business-related communications.
I understand that photographs or recordings used online may be publicly accessible and may be shared or redistributed by others. I understand that I will not receive compensation for their use.
