Event Rentals at Oshi’s Studio

Oshi’s Studio is available for private events, creative workshops, classes, celebrations, meetings, artist gatherings, and community experiences in a welcoming and inspiring artistic environment.

Capacity: Up to 50 guests

Rental Rate

$85 per hour
2-hour minimum rental required

Your private event rental includes:

  • Private use of the designated event space

  • WiFi access

  • Free onsite parking

  • Use of projector/presentation equipment

  • 10 white folding chairs

  • 4 six-foot tables

  • Access to a sink and counter kitchen space

  • Access to a creative studio environment

Renter Responsibilities

  • Guest invitations and RSVPs

  • Event setup and logistics

  • Decorations and styling

  • Food, beverages, catering, and entertainment

  • Setup and breakdown within the booked rental timeframe

  • Leaving the space clean after the event

  • Removing all trash, décor, supplies, food, beverages, and personal belongings

  • Supervising guests during the rental period

  • Covering any damages caused during the event

 

For workshops and creative classes, facilitators are also responsible for:

  • Providing all workshop/class supplies and materials

  • Managing participant registration, ticketing, and sign-ups

  • Coordinating attendee communication and workshop logistics

Repeat bookings, recurring classes, and multi-class/workshop package options may be available upon request.

Additional Notes

  • Submission of a rental request does not guarantee availability. Events are confirmed only after approval and receipt of payment or deposit.

  • Additional time may be billed if setup, event time, or breakdown exceeds the reserved rental timeframe. Outside vendors, catering, alcohol, and entertainment may require prior approval.

  • Music and audio levels must remain respectful of neighboring businesses and tenants.
