WAIVER OF LIABILITY: -  

• I acknowledge and understand that participation in art classes may involve the use of materials, tools, and equipment that carry inherent risks, including but not limited to paints, varnishes, and digital devices.

• I voluntarily assume all such risks and hereby release, waive, and discharge Oshi’s Artscape, LLC, its employees, instructors, affiliates, and program partners (including digital program collaborators) from any and all liability for injuries, illnesses, or damages arising from participation in classes, workshops, exhibitions, or digital art sessions.

• I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oshi’s Artscape, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, costs, or judgments arising from my actions or those of my child.

PROTECTION OF PROPERTY: -  

• I understand that I am solely responsible for the safety and security of my personal belongings, including digital devices brought to class.

• I release Oshi’s Artscape, LLC, its affiliates, instructors, and partners from any liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property while attending or participating in any classes, workshops, exhibitions, or digital art sessions.

• I agree to follow all studio rules, policies, and safety guidelines.

MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION: -  

• In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Oshi’s Artscape, LLC to arrange for appropriate medical care or transportation for myself or my child if necessary.

• I understand that all medical expenses incurred will be my sole responsibility.

PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE: -  

• I grant permission to Oshi’s Artscape, LLC and its affiliates to use photographs and videos taken during classes, workshops, exhibitions, or digital art sessions for instructional, promotional, and marketing purposes.

• I waive any right to review, approve, or receive compensation for the use of such materials.

DIGITAL PROGRAM ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: -  

For digital art classes conducted in collaboration with 3rd part provider:

• I understand that students may use digital devices, software, and online tools as part of the learning experience

• I agree to ensure appropriate use of devices and adherence to classroom guidelines

• I acknowledge that Oshi’s Artscape and its program partners are not responsible for misuse of personal devices outside the supervised environment.

ART CAMP & SUPERVISED MOVEMENT POLICY

For participants enrolled in art camps and extended-duration programs:

• I understand that art camps may include a combination of activities such as studio work, digital art sessions, breaks, and supervised movement within or around the premises.

• I authorize Oshi’s Artscape, LLC staff and instructors to supervise and guide my child during all scheduled camp activities.

• I acknowledge that, as part of the program, students may be taken outside the studio space for short, supervised activities such as breaks, transitions between areas, or brief outdoor time (where applicable).

• I agree that my child will follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by staff during such movements and activities.

• I release and hold harmless Oshi’s Artscape, LLC, its employees, instructors, and affiliates from liability arising from participation in these supervised camp activities, except in cases of gross negligence.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AGREEMENT

By signing this agreement, I confirm that:

• I have read and fully understand the terms outlined above

• I am at least 18 years of age or the legal guardian of the participating student

• I voluntarily agree to these terms without any external inducement

• I confirm that there are no health conditions that would prevent participation

• I accept full responsibility for any medical costs incurred
