Originality and Ownership of Artwork

I represent and warrant that all artwork submitted is my original work, that I am the sole creator and owner of the artwork, and that I possess all rights necessary to submit, exhibit, and authorize the use of the artwork as described herein.*

Exhibition Selection and Acceptance

I understand and acknowledge that submission of artwork does not guarantee acceptance into any exhibition, program, or feature. Oshi's Artscape reserves the sole and absolute right to accept, reject, or remove any artwork or application at its discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.*

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

I understand that participation in exhibitions, displays, events, transportation, installation, storage, handling, and deinstallation of artwork involves inherent risks, including but not limited to loss, theft, damage, deterioration, accidental breakage, personal injury, or other unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume all such risks and release, waive, and hold harmless Oshi's Artscape and it affiliates.*

Insurance Responsibility

I acknowledge that Oshi's Artscape and its affiliates, partners, sponsors, property owners, landlords, property managers, employees, volunteers, contractors, and representatives does not provide insurance coverage for submitted artwork, inventory, displays, equipment, or personal property. I understand that I am solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any insurance coverage I deem necessary to protect my property and interests.

Indemnification and Intellectual Property Warranty

I represent and warrant that I own or have the legal right to display, exhibit, and sell all submitted artwork, products, and materials. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oshi's Artscape from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from my artwork, products, conduct, negligence, breach of this agreement, or infringement of any copyright, trademark, publicity, or other intellectual property rights of a third part*

Photography, Video Recording, and Promotional Use Authorization

I grant Oshi's Artscape a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to photograph, film, record, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use images or recordings of my artwork, likeness, artist biography, and related exhibition activities for promotional, advertising, educational, archival, social media, website, print, and marketing purposes without further notice, approval, or compensation.*

Artwork Content Restrictions

I acknowledge that artwork containing nudity, sexually explicit imagery, graphic violence, offensive language, hate speech, or other content deemed inappropriate for a family-friendly environment is not permitted. Oshi's Artscape reserves the right to reject or remove any artwork that does not comply with these standards.*

Artwork Pickup and Storage Responsibility

I agree to retrieve all artwork during the designated pickup or load-out period communicated by Oshi's Artscape. I understand that Oshi's Artscape assumes no responsibility for artwork remaining after the designated pickup period and reserves the right to charge storage fees, relocate, dispose of, or otherwise manage unclaimed artwork at its sole discretion.*

Certification and Agreement to Terms

I certify that all information provided in this application is true, complete, and accurate. I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and requirements of Oshi's Artscape related to this submission and any resulting exhibition participation.*
